Between 2019 and 2025, nova space, Bauhaus University Weimar’s gallery, presented 21 projects. They are documented in this volume through images and texts. A space of experimentation and encounter, nova brought together international artists, students, faculty, and the public under the direction of curator Katharina Wendler. The 21st of nova space’s ventures is this exhibition in book form, for which artists, architects, designers, typographers, and directors were invited to use the onomatopoetic BOOM! as a motif from which to develop their own associations around the idea of the supernova.
